Love Divine

How can it be

What have I done,

To earn the love

Of God’s own Son?

Before I came

He died for me,

Before I was

He bled for me.

God’s own dear Son

An act of grace,

That I may look

Upon His face.

O grace divine!

O mercy great!

This was not chance,

Nor only fate.

This was an act

Of LOVE divine,

Because of this

Our lives will shine….

….because this love

This love is mine!
